First, we have some sad news … our namesake, Trigger, passed over the rainbow yesterday. We will be sharing some special memories of his life over the coming weeks on Facebook (see our page here), but we wanted you to know that his spirit will live on through real change in our community!
Inspired by his tremendous love for everyone — whoever you were, wherever you came from, and whatever you had to overcome to meet him — we are proud share the BIG NEWS that we hinted at earlier this week. We have named Youth With Faces the winner of our 2020 Children’s Champion Award!
This award includes a $100,000 challenge grant to expand opportunities for young people affected by the criminal justice system. This means that we will match every donation $1 for $1 that is made to YWF between now and Dec 31, 2020.So, if you donate $100 to YWF, we will turn it into a $200 impact on this remarkable organization.
And better still — if you make a monthly commitment, we will match the ANNUAL VALUE of your gift. That means that, if you commit to a $100 monthly gift, we will donate $1,200 to Youth With Faces before the end of the year!
